According to an incident report from the Key West police department, a bartender at Hog’s Breath Saloon would not serve the "heavily intoxicated" 35-year-old and his 27-year-old friend, Michael Rae Papayans.
The staff allegedly told both men to leave, but once outside, Michael supposedly head-butted an employee and Nick reportedly grabbed a bouncer by the throat.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time the boybander has gotten into trouble with the law.
Back in 2005, the former teen heartthrob was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor DUI after he failed to pass a sobriety test.
With a baby on the way, we hope Nick can get his life together!
