Even though Rihanna is usually very private about her boyfriend, Hassan Jameel, the singer couldn’t help but gush about the Saudi businessman in a new interview. “Yeah, I’m dating,” she told Vogue magazine in an interview published on Wednesday, October 9. “I’m actually in an exclusive relationship for quite some time, and it’s going really well, so I’m happy.”

While the 31-year-old didn’t divulge too many details about her romance, she admitted she “without a doubt” wants children one day. This isn’t the first time the brunette beauty has touched upon wanting a family since she recently revealed she wants to be a mom “more than anything in life” when she spoke with Interview magazine in June.

The “Love on the Brain” songstress and the 30-year-old handsome hunk were first linked in 2017, and since then, it seems like their bond has only gotten stronger. “Rihanna and Hassan understand each other very well, and their personalities mesh well together,” an insider told Us Weekly about the pair. “They’re both so different, but it works for them.”

So, will Hassan — who is the vice-chairman of Abdul Latif Jameel, which owns Toyota distribution rights in Saudi Arabia, and his fortune is estimated to be approximately $1.5 billion — and Rihanna walk down the aisle one day? “Only God knows that, girl. We plan and God laughs, right?” she previously said.

Not only is the Barbados native giddy about her man, but it looks like her mom, Monica Braithwaite, and one of her brothers gave their seal of approval since they were caught grabbing a bite to eat with Hassan at the new Mason restaurant in Santa Monica in August. They all appeared to be having a great time as they noshed on seafood and steak at the hotspot.

These days, Rihanna is keeping busy as she presented her first Fenty x Puma collection at New York Fashion Week and has been working on her makeup line, Fenty Beauty by Rihanna. But Rihanna’s fans (a.k.a. Rihanna’s Navy) are wondering when music is going to be released. “I have been trying to get back into the studio,” she admitted. “It’s not like I can lock myself in for an extended amount of time, like I had the luxury of doing before. I know I have some very unhappy fans who don’t understand the inside bits of how it works.”

Rihanna couldn’t confirm when exactly new bops will be put out into the world, but she touched upon what her ninth album is going to sound like. “It’s not gonna be typical of what you know as reggae. But you’re going to feel the elements in all of the tracks,” she said. “Reggae always feels right to me. It’s in my blood. It doesn’t matter how far or long removed I am from that culture or my environment that I grew up in. It never leaves. It’s always the same high. Even though I’ve explored other genres of music, it was time to go back to something that I haven’t really homed in on completely for a body of work.”

Sounds like Rihanna is in a great spot these days, and we are living for it! Now, give us some new beats, please.
