‘RHONJ’ Fans Roast Joe Giudice for Standing on His ‘Tippy Toes’ in Photo With His Daughters
Standing tall? Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice reunited with his wife, Teresa Giudice, and their daughters in Italy earlier this week after his release from ICE custody. The proud papa could not stop posting photos of his girls from their reunion trip, but eagle-eyed fans noticed something odd about one of the family pictures — Joe was standing on his tippy toes.
In the photo, Joe stood in the middle of his four girls — 18-year-old Gia, 15-year-old Gabriella, 14-year-old Milania and 10-year-old Audriana — and they all smiled wide in the sweet photo. But Joe, 47, was noticeably standing with his heels in the air and standing on his toes as if to appear taller in the shot.
“He’s on his [tip] toes,” one fan commented with two laughing with tears emojis and another wrote, “Why he on his tippy toes? LMAOOO.” Another fan summed it up: “Tippy toe Joe >>> juicy Joe,” another added, with a laughing with tears emoji.
While most of the commenters were roasting Joe, others took the time to share their thoughts about what the Giudice family is going through. “BEAUTIFUL family, I am SO happy that you all are together again! You girls are so blessed!,” one fan wrote with a red heart emoji. Another commented, “Beautiful seeing everyone together,” with a two pink hearts emoji.
This trip marks the first time the Giudice family have been able to spend time together in three years after Joe was released from ICE custody last month. Joe previously served a 41-month prison sentence for fraud charges, but since he is not an America citizen, he was eligible for deportation after completing his sentence. When he was released from prison in March, he was immediately transferred to ICE custody where he was to await the verdict of his deportation appeal. But a judge later granted Joe’s request to be released from custody so that he could return to his native country of Italy while waiting for the results of his appeal.
While most fans were happy to see the family together again, others also noticed the obvious, too. While Joe flooded his Instagram with photos of him with his daughters, neither Joe nor Teresa, 47, have posted photos on their grids with each other as a couple. “I just don’t see your mom and him together in pictures and [that] makes me sad,” one fan wrote on Gia’s Instagram page, and another added, “Oh no, Joe and Teresa have not stood together in any of the photos, 😢 . I was rooting for them to stay together.”
