Raven-Symoné Breaks Her Silence Regarding Bill Cosby Sexual Assault Allegations Following His Quaaludes Confession
Back in November, Raven-Symoné defended Bill Cosby regarding the rumors claiming she was sexually assaulted by her Cosby Show costar.
And while the 29-year-old maintains that isn’t true, she’s not exactly defending him against other allegations now that it’s been revealed the 77-year-old confessed to drugging women in the past.
“I don’t really like to talk about it that much because he’s the reason I’m on this panel in the first place. He gave me my first job,” the new TV host explained on Tuesday’s episode of The View.
“But at the same time, you need the proof, and then I’ll be able to give my judgment here or there. And now, there are real facts. More people can come up.”
In light of the revelation that the comedian admitted to drugging women, Raven’s View cohost Whoopi Goldberg has found herself in hot water as she has continued to defend Cosby.
The 59-year-old even joked about the situation, “As a former Quaaludes user… The ‘80s were… They weren’t fun for everybody, clearly.”
