Jennifer Lawrence Reveals ‘Really Pathetic’ Choice for Who She’d Sleep With If Cooke Maroney Gave Her a Hall Pass
She’s spilling the tea. Jennifer Lawrence revealed the lucky guy she would choose to hook up with if her fiancé, Cooke Maroney, ever gave her a hall pass. The actress shared her “really pathetic” choice while appearing on Catt Sadler’s podcast, “Naked with Catt Sadler,” on June 12.
Got any guesses? Sorry ya’ll, it’s Cooke. “I’m actually really pathetic because I actually do think he’s the hottest,” Jennifer, 28, shared during her candid interview. “I got really passionate about me taking a lie detector test and I told him that I was going to do it at the engagement party for somebody to ask who do you think is the hottest man in the entire world because I know that it would pass and be him.” The star also revealed that Cooke, 34, didn’t even buy her story.
“I actually thought I was going to prank him with that and have him believe that that was going to be a part of the engagement party, but he didn’t believe it for like one second,” she added.
The couple first sparked romance rumors in June 2018, having been spotted out and about together on several occasions. Since then, they’ve taken their blossoming romance to the next level. Jennifer and her art director gallery fiancé got engaged in February. “He’s the greatest human being I’ve ever met,” she gushed about her future hubby. “He really is, and he gets better.”
Jennifer later discussed how she’s honored to become a Maroney, adding that she can’t wait to legally bind him to her “forever!” As far as wedding planning goes, the Oscar-winning star said it’s been going pretty smoothly and she’s already got her dress picked out! “I’ve been in a good place,” she said. “I haven’t been neurotic about it. I’m like too lazy to be neurotic. I saw a dress I liked and I was like, ‘That’s the dress.’ I saw a venue and I was like, ‘Cool, we got the venue.’”
During the interview, Jennifer also revealed that she recently had a “Bridezilla” moment because she changed her mind last second about wanting to have a bachelorette party, so no-one was available. “I had like one friend that could make it,” she confessed. Even so, Jennifer is looking forward to the good times ahead after taking a “healthy and fulfilling” year off work!
