Inside Katie Holmes And Jamie Foxx’s Date Nights And New Orleans Life
NOLA is a magical place for these two lovebirds. Sources tell Life & Style magazine, on newsstands now, that Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes often share romantic nights together out and about in New Orleans, the city they now call home. The actors really seem to be enjoying their lives there, in between the time they both devote to filming.
Katie and Jamie have officially moved in together, and seem to be making the most of the time they can spend as a celebrity couple when they aren’t working on their latest projects — Katie on The Secret and Jamie on Power. An insider told Life & Style, “Once they’ve wrapped, Katie and Jamie will go off together for a romantic dinner or take a walk around the French Quarter.” What a life!
The source added that sometimes the couple will opt to “go back to their place and order in” instead — in their beautiful Victorian residence in the southern city. A source told In Touch exclusively on Dec. 5 that the couple is “shacking up” there, and that, “Jamie’s completely head-over-heels in love with Katie and can’t bear to be apart from his girlfriend. Whenever he’s not working, he flies to New Orleans to be by her side and support her.” OK, that’s pretty sweet.
On one of the couples’ date nights, they dined out and went to the movies. The insider continued, “Katie’s a huge fan of the city, but having Jamie there with her makes it feel like home and even more fun!” And as for Jamie, a source told Life & Style magazine, “The fact that Jamie has spent so much time with Katie in New Orleans means the world to her. It’s a sign that he’s really serious about their relationship.”
And just in case all the shippers out there weren’t already satisfied, Jamie was recently spotted visiting his 39-year-old girlfriend on set, and they were wearing matching jackets. How sweet! This is definitely one couple that seems to be super in sync.
