‘Million Dollar Listing’ Star Fredrik Eklund Welcomes Baby Twins and the First Photo Will Melt Your Heart
Finally, this story has a happy ending! Million Dollar Listing: New York star Fredrik Eklund and his husband Derek Kaplan welcomed their precious baby twins on Nov. 28 via surrogate. "Happiest moment of my life," he wrote alongside a precious picture of the duo wearing scrubs and kissing while holding their new little boy and girl. "Welcome Fredrick and Milla to the world. ????" Aww!
The precious little babies are fast asleep in their daddies' arms, and look super comfy wrapped in striped blankies and little caps. It appears that Fredrik and Derek got to be in the hospital for their children's birth, which is so touching!
Just days before the birth, the guys took to Instagram to share a sweet photo rocking matching Christmas jammies in front of their beautiful tree. "So thankful… most of all to our surrogate, she’s become family through this," wrote Fredrik on Thanksgiving. "At night I put my hand on her stomach and feel Milla and Fredrick kicking & we can’t wait to finally welcome them home…. It’s hard to explain but Derek and I’ve both been so giggly all the time lately. It’s like entering another dimension this thing, if you’ve had kids perhaps you can relate? I think my heart is going to explode when I finally hold them. We’re so appreciative of all the well-wishes and love ❤️ Happy Thanksgiving from us! #nextchapter." Our hearts just officially melted.
Unfortunately, it was a hard journey to finally getting their new bundles of joy. Fredrik and Derek planned to have a set of twins in 2015, but their surrogate tragically miscarried the babies. In August, we learned that the duo was finally trying again, and we're so thrilled to see their happy family finally completed after everything they've been through! Congrats guys!
