Bad news for Tori Spelling, who's already been admitted to the ER twice since last April.
The reality star looked pale and tired as husband Dean McDermott escorted her to the hospital yet again, this time for unknown reasons.

Last hospitalized in October for two weeks with severe bronchitis and possible pneumonia, the 41-year-old's trips to the emergency room have been well-documented for the couple's Lifetime reality series, 'True Tori.'

The mother-of-four also spent six days in the hospital last April for a migraine, previously telling Dr. Oz that it upset her when the kids "weren't fazed" by the fact that she was in there.

"They're used to it. And I don't want them to grow up thinking, 'Mom's sick,'" she said of children Liam, seven, Stella, six, Hattie, three, and Finn, two. "I need to change. I need to prioritize me, and my problem is I put everyone before me."
