So sweet! The Brown family is known for their outdoorsy way of life — as seen on their hit Discovery channel reality TV series Alaskan Bush People — but that doesn’t mean they don’t know how to be romantic. Noah Brown, the youngest son of Brown family matriarch and patriarch Ami and Billy, took to Facebook on Friday, Oct. 13 to gush over his fiancée Rhain Alisha, confirming their engagement and thank her for being there for him while his family is going through a hard time with Ami’s cancer battle.

“Rhain Alisha has been so patient and supporting [me] through everything that has been happening, my mothers cancer, having to leave Alaska, my car keeps breaking down, and all in all I have been thinking of how thankful I am that she moved in with [me] instead of going back to Oregon and now we are engaged and planning our life together,” the 24-year-old wrote in the caption of two photos of Rhain as she blew kisses at the camera.

Fans got to meet Rhain — who is a 26-year-old Oregon native — on a previous episode of Alaskan Bush People, and despite Noah’s message about how supportive she has been throughout his family’s crisis, fans are blaming Rhain for the reason why Noah has not been by his mother’s side as she faces her last days in her battle with terminal stage 4 lung cancer.

After Ami’s cancer diagnosis earlier this year, the entire family moved from the Alaskan woods into a $2.7 million mansion in Beverly Hills so that they could be closer to their mom as she receives chemotherapy and radiation treatments. But shortly after Ami completed her treatment and returned home from the hospital, both Noah and his brother Joshua (aka “Bam Bam”) fled California — and Noah was spotted in Montana and Oregon with Rhain. But even though fans think Rhain may be a bad influence on Noah, he still thinks the world of her.

“Rhain Alisha is everything I could have ever wanted, she is my soulmate, my angel, my dream girl, she makes me the best version of myself,” he wrote. “I know that as long as she loves me that someday I can be the man that Rhain deserves. Thank you, God, for giving me Rhain Alisha Merrill.”
