YikesMiley Cyrus Gets Grabbed and Kissed Without Her Consent by a Stranger in Front of Liam Hemsworth
This is so scary. Miley Cyrus was kissed without her consent by a stranger while out in Barcelona, and it happened with her husband, Liam Hemsworth, right by her side. According to a clip that surfaced online, the couple was making their way through a crowd when someone suddenly grabbed the pop singer and kissed her. She got visibly uncomfortable and moved under her husband’s arm after the incident, and we don’t blame her.
“I’m completely disgusted by this,” a fan account on Instagram captioned the clip it posted. “SOME ‘FANS’ (a.k.a. creepy as hell dudes) SHOULD KNOW WHAT PERSONAL SPACE MEANS! You should RESPECT her. Who even allowed y’all to touch her and to kiss her like that? She got scared! Poor angel 🙁 I hope she’s okay after this situation, I’m scared to imagine what would happen if Liam wasn’t with her. Security should work harder!!!!”
Miley, 26, was in Barcelona to perform songs off her new EP, “She Is Coming,” at the Primavera Sound Festival. The performer hasn’t publically commented on the incident.
The incident is pretty scary to watch, and definitely, 100 percent uncool. Even if you’re a big fan of any particular entertainer, it doesn’t give you the right to put your hands on them, let alone try to kiss them the way this person did to the “Wrecking Ball” singer.
As you can see in the clip, security was with the singer when the incident occurred, and that still didn’t stop the person from grabbing at Miley as she and Liam, 29, left the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and tried to make their way to a nearby SUV. They moved quickly to diffuse the situation, but there’s only so much they could do in that chaotic crowd. Sadly, this is just another reminder of something a lot of women have faced in their lives, and it’s probably not the first time a fan made Miley uncomfortable. We hope she’s doing OK in the wake of the incident.
