They’re feeling the heat. Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are apparently fighting a lot in the midst of the college admissions scandal they are both allegedly involved in. “Lori is constantly arguing with Mossimo because she is beginning to grasp that they are in very serious jeopardy,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly on April 19.

Loughlin, 54, and Giannulli, 55, were arrested in March after they allegedly “agreed to pay bribes totaling $500,000 in exchange for having their two daughters, Isabella, 20, and Olivia, 19, designated as recruits to the USC crew team — despite the fact that they did not participate in crew — thereby facilitating their admission to USC.” The duo was later released from jail on $1 million bond.

On Monday, April 15, Loughlin and Giannulli filed pleas of not guilty in the criminal case against them. “Ms. Loughlin and her counsel affirm that Ms. Loughlin has received a copy of the Second Superseding Indictment and that Ms. Loughlin pleads not guilty to each of the charges against her,” read documents obtained by In Touch. “Mr. Giannulli pleads not guilty to each of the charges against him.”

Behind the scenes, sources say the duo is struggling with the situation and with their marriage.

Loughlin is apparently telling friends her marriage to Giannulli is rocky in the wake of the scandal, a source exclusively told In Touch on March 26. “Lori’s got a lot on her mind these days,” the insider said. “Besides the FBI investigation into her daughter’s college admissions, her and her husband’s humiliating arrest and the possibility of facing five years in prison, she’s telling friends that her marriage is in trouble.”

Plus, Loughlin’s friends are pointing the finger at Giannulli for being responsible for the whole mess, a source told Us Weekly on April 18. “Everyone feels bad for her,” the insider claimed. “They think the situation was something concocted by her husband.” Will their partnership be able to weather this storm?
