Cameron Diaz became Mrs. Benji Madden last night — but not without a few hiccups!

An eyewitness exclusively tells ‘In Touch’ the power couple’s wedding had quite a few glitches before the pair made it official at the actress’ home in Beverly Hills on Monday evening.

“About 15 minutes before the ceremony kicked off, one of the bridesmaids had a wardrobe malfunction!” the onlooker tells the mag. And the bridesmaid wasn’t the only one who had style trouble last night!

The onlooker tells ‘In Touch’ Cameron changed dresses prior to the cake cutting at the ceremony — and she wasn’t able to get out of her first gown, which forced her to call on one of the stylists to assist with her change of wardrobe.

To make matters worse, the crew messed up the lighting during the opening service and a visibly upset Cameron, 42, repeatedly told producers to “just push the off button.”

While a few mishaps took place, singer Ryan Adams soothed the crowd with a performance during the service.

After the ‘Annie’ star’s wedding party — including now sister-in-law Nicole Richie — made it down the aisle, she came face-to-face with her leading man.

And when the big moment arrived for Benji, 35, to slip a wedding band on her finger, Benji’s best man, brother Joel, let his nerves get the best of him. “Joel dropped the ring during the ring exchange!” the onlooker tells ‘In Touch.’

Once everything got back on track, film exec Jeffrey Katzenberg made a few comments about the pair before they broke the glass to conclude the ceremony.

Cam and Benji, who began dating seven months ago, then shared a kiss in front of their 100 guests — including famous pals Drew Barrymore, Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Samantha Ronson and Robin Antin.
