Brandi tells In Touch, "I will give $10,000 no questions asked if Chica is returned. I'm really upset. My boys love her, and I just want her back. It's so cruel."
In more Twitter posts, Eddie Cibrian’s ex-wife pleads with her followers to call the number on the Chihuahua's collar — if found. She also notes that her two sons, Mason and Jake, “will be devastated” if she’s not found.

A source tells In Touch that Brandi was out of town and in Palm Springs when she learned about the break in.
"Nothing at all was taken except for her dog Chica" the insider says. "She has no clue who would have done this, or who it could have been."
After she learned about the home invasion, the 40-year-old immediately drove home and began searching for the missing animal.
"It's really scary for her and her boys — it feels like such a violation," adds the source. " She loves her dog and wants it back!"
