Baseball has a special place in the former couple’s hearts, though. Back in 2004, Ben and Jen made their public debut as a couple while watching the Red Sox play in the 2004 World Series, which the team ended up winning — giving the Red Sox their first championship since 1918. Despite rumors the duo recently split, she told us exclusively that those reports are simply “not accurate.” Unfortunately, Jen is concerned the 22-year-old may be too much of a partier for Ben — who recently left rehab for the third time. “She told him to dump Shauna or else,” a separate insider told Life & Style, adding that Shauna recently listed “whiskey all day” as her favorite drink. “It isn’t healthy.”
Yet despite it all, a friend of Ben’s revealed to People that he supports his ex. “Ben will always want the best for Jen,” they told the outlet. “They continue to have a really strong relationship and both work very hard to make everything easy for the kids. She has always been supportive of him.”
