‘Alaskan Bush People’ Star Gabriel Brown Ties the Knot With Wife Raquell ‘Rose’ Pantilla — Again!
Congratulations are in order — again! — for Alaskan Bush People star Gabriel Brown and his wife, Raquell “Rose” Pantilla. The two tied the knot for the second time after first doing so in secret back in January 2019. People confirmed the happy news with the couple, reporting that they celebrated their second ceremony on Friday, June 14. This time, instead of heading over to the clerk of courts, they were surrounded by the rest of the Brown family and some friends.
“I’m so happy my family, especially my mom, could be by our side on our special day,” said Gabe, 29. “Raquell is my one true love, and we’re really grateful to have met each other. God is good.” Raquell, 22, shared that sentiment, adding, “Gabe is the most loving, kind and funny guy I know – he makes me laugh every day. I’m so excited to start our lives together and thankful for the support of our friends and family and to God for bringing us together.”
The wedding fell on the five month anniversary of the day the couple first made their marriage legal. According to Radar Online, they first filed for a marriage license in October 2018 and finally made things official on January 14, 2019. “We wanted a private ceremony first,” Gabe spilled. “My brother Noah actually married us!” Now, they’re not just legally married, they’ve also said their vows in front of all their loved ones.
Parents Ami and Billy Brown were thrilled to be part of the celebration and to welcome Raquell into the family. “Ami and I are married 40 years this June,” said Billy, 66. “There is truly no better gift than to celebrate [Gabe’s] marriage and watch the family grow. Noah [Brown] and Gabe have met their matches and everyone has just made us so proud.”
The couple began dating on Valentine’s Day 2018, which is coincidentally also when they made their social media debut on little sister Rain Brown‘s Instagram. The 16-year-old star was the one who introduced them, and now she’s celebrating their nuptials online. “YAY! My besties Gabe and Raquell tied the knot! (Again, heehee,)” she wrote. “Had a wonderful day with some wonderful people. So proud of Gabe and Raquell. May your new life together be amazing and full of love and wonder!”
