Looks like Gwen Stefani is getting ready to put her past behind her.
According to a new report, the 46-year-old and her estranged husband, Gavin Rossdale, have reached a settlement that is now being submitted to the court.
TMZ claims the two didn’t have a pre-nup, which means — legally — he was entitled to half of the earning she accrued during the span of their 13-year marriage.

Sources close to the exes say that 50-year-old Bush rocker agreed to a “lopsided split” in favor of Gwen, who has “significantly more money and earning capacity” than her ex-husband.

The couple also allegedly agreed to a 50/50 custody arrangement for their three kids — Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2 — even though Gavin will likely have them more than 50 percent of the time due to Gwen’s touring schedule.
According to the report, Gavin is not asking for child support — even though he could have pushed for it.
The judge is expected to sign the settlement.
