Amber Portwood and Matt Baier Sued for Unpaid Rent and Property Damage (REPORT)
This is not a good look for Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood.
The reality star could allegedly get evicted from her current residence thanks to failing to pay rent and causing property damage — and has to show up for court next March with her fiancé, Matt Baier. She was also sued for $6,000 for similar reasons in her last home.
“The Plaintiff complains of the defendant and says that on June 3, 2016, the Plaintiff rented to the Defendant at a rent of $2,200 per month. On Feb. 8, 2017, said tenancy expired by the terms thereof for the reason late/unpaid rent, alterations to property without owner’s approval, excessive damage to property,” read court docs obtained by Radar Online.
The outlet adds that Amber and Matt "unlawfully detain possession of the property."
It seems like 2017 is off to a rough start for the mother-of-one. She has also been accused of scamming her new Forever Haute boutique customers — though she offered to sue those who made "false" claims about her store items, prices, and policies.

We definitely hope things turn around for her — and can't wait for Amber and her costars to return to the small screen on April 17!
