Rihanna is most likely going to have to take the stand against Chris Brown, her lawyer, Donald Etra, tells In Touch. "She has been ordered to show up and possibly testify against Chris at the preliminary hearing on June 22." But he adds, "Rihanna is doing great. She will do what the law requires." And when it comes to those leaked pictures of Rihanna's battered face, Chris's lawyer, Mark Geragos, wants the photos blocked from jurors - but it doesn't look likely. LA Superior Court Judge Patricia Shnegg says it has nothing to do with the case against Chris: "Just because someone went off the ranch and sold photos or not does not impact the validity that police officers responded to a 911 call that resulted in Brown's arrest. One has nothing to do with the other."
