Kesha is fighting back — and suing her producer, Dr. Luke, claiming the 41-year-old abused her sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally during the span of their 10-year, professional relationship.
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the “Tik ToK” singer alleges the producer was abusive and made repeated sexual advances towards her since she signed on with him as an 18-year-old. She also claims he forced her to use drugs and alcohol “to remove her defenses.”
According to the court docs, Kesha says he once demanded she snort something before getting on a plane — and during the trip, he forced himself on her while she was drugged.

She goes on to say the alleged abuse resulted in her eating disorder, which she sought treatment for earlier this year. Kesha’s mother, Pebe Sebert, had previously spoken out about how the producer told the 27-year-old she needed “to get in shape,” among other criticisms about her weight.
“Dr. Luke told a friend of ours he thought she looked like a refrigerator on her latest video, and could she please try to control her weight,” the singer’s mom said in January. At the time, he denied the accusations.
Kesha also claims Dr. Luke said to her, "You are not that pretty, you are not that talented, you are just lucky to have me."
According to the new lawsuit, there was also physical abuse, including an incident where he was “violently thrashing his arms at her,” reportedly causing Kesha to run barefoot down the Pacific Coast Highway.
The pop singer hopes the lawsuit will free her from her contract with Dr. Luke.
“This lawsuit is a wholehearted effort by Kesha to regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for 10 years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and an instance of sexual assault at the hands of Dr. Luke,” her lawyer, Mark Geragos, tells TMZ.
