Most comedic actresses would probably love the chance to work with celebrated executive producer and writer Judd Apatow—but for Jennifer Aniston, it’s not worth collaborating with his wife, Leslie Mann.
According to a new report, the 45-year-old actress had a positive experience with Judd, who produced her 2012 flick Wanderlust, but she fears that nepotism will prevail and she’d be forced to work with his wife of 16 years.

“Jen longs to star in a comedy with her friend Elizabeth Banks, but a major stumbling block is that Judd might want Leslie to be in the movie, too,” a source reveals to RadarOnline.
“Leslie is friends with neither Jen nor Elizabeth, and she’s infamous among Hollywood circles for not getting along with his leading ladies. She’s his wife from hell.”
Even though Wanderlust wasn’t commercially successful, Jen probably has fond memories of the flick since it was where she met her fiancé, Justin Theroux.
We’re sure Judd is eager to work with the gorgeous actress—since she’s one of Hollywood’s biggest leading ladies. Apparently, his wife is the only thing getting in the way.

“Jen has told her reps to start discussions with Judd, with the caveat that Jen and her friend Elizabeth will star in one of his upcoming films,” the source says.
“Leslie is probably the biggest obstacle to Judd doing a film starring Jen or Elizabeth, for obvious reasons.”
