Britney Spears is getting better, but apparently isn't well enough to handle her own business yet. During a hearing yesterday about the singer's conservatorship case, court commissioner Reva Goetz said, "It's my understanding that her condition is somewhat tenuous. Her medical condition remains the same." Brit's court-appointed attorney, Samuel Ingham, agreed, saying, "In fact, it could be harmful to her to participate." Brit's dad, Jamie Spears, is still overseeing her estate and a June 17 update was recommended by the commissioner before the July 31 hearing, when he'll make a final decision about the future of her conservatorship.
