Mariah Carey stepped out on Nov. 26 at the 89th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC looking slimmer than ever following a 20-pound weight loss!
Nadia Murdock — fitness coach and founder of Nadia Murdock Fit — revealed to In Touch, “It appears that Carey has lost a significant amount of weight in both her mid-section and hips.”
Though the songstress appears to have slimmed down some, Nadia — who hasn’t worked with the singer — noted, “However, the curvy 5-foot-9″ songstress has still maintained her shapely physique.”

So — how did the mother-of-two drop so much weight in a short amount of time?!
“This is probably due to good old fashion diet and exercise. Also reducing stress can help tremendously with getting rid of abdominal weight usually brought on by Cortisol and emotional eating,” Nadia told the mag.

“In the before pictures, it appears that Mariah may be anywhere between 160-165 pounds. With a voluptuous figure, it’s easy to look bigger than you are. In the after photos, Carey appears to have lost between 15-20 pounds,” the fitness coach added.
Well — with her billionaire beau, James Packer, by her side, we know she probably wants to look her all time best!
Though the bombshell’s weight loss continues to remain a secret, one thing is for sure — she looks damn good!
