Charlie Sheen is reportedly being sued by his former fiancée Brett Rossi (whose real name is “Scottine Ross”), and in the lawsuit she allegedly accuses him of assault, battery, false imprisonment and failure to disclose that he was HIV positive.
According to CNN, the adult film star, 26, found about her 50-year-old ex’s status after discovering one of his medications.
She is reportedly seeking $1 million in damages and earnings from his show Anger Management, which was allegedly part of an agreement between the former couple, who ended their engagement in October of last year after nearly a year together.

The lawsuit purportedly states she was pregnant but forced to get an abortion by the actor, who allegedly told her he “did not want his child to have his blood type [HIV positive].” The documents reportedly add that their breakup caused her to go into “an emotional tailspin,” reportedly prompting her to attempt to take her own life.
Marty Singer, a lawyer for the father-of-five, says Charlie plans on fighting his ex’s accusations — which reportedly include threats of violence if she didn’t have an abortion (which he allegedly requested so they wouldn’t have “retarded child,” Us Weekly reports) and claims of verbal and physical abuse.
A statement released by the attorney declares, “Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross. We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her.”
