Somebody get this lady a chauffeur! Since long before Bachelor contestant and makeup artist Elyse Dehlbom, 31, began fighting for Colton Underwood‘s heart, she’s been fighting some pretty serious traffic citations — including an arrest for driving under the influence. In Touch has exclusively uncovered her long history with the law, and you can find all of her missteps (and mugshot) below.

Elyse got her first traffic citation in 2005, when she was just 18 years old. She was simply caught failing to yield while turning left in Alaska. She paid $150 for the ticket and was on her way. However, her issues have gotten more serious since.

She has been caught driving with a suspended license and no insurance multiple times. Her worst offense was in 2015 in North Dakota, when she was “stopped for operating a motor vehicle with expired tabs,” according to the docs, and police suspected she was drunk. After a blood test, she was found to have a blood alcohol content of a whopping .283%, almost three times the legal limit!

Elyse was arrested for the DUI and was jailed until she appeared in court. She pleaded not guilty to the charge, but was found guilty, and was sentenced to a fine of $1,000 of which $225 was suspended, and 30 days of which 28 were suspended. Luckily, Elyse was able to complete 20 hours of community service in lieu of prison time. In an exclusive sneak peek of the upcoming season, Elyse can be heard joking, “is there tequila?”

Most recently, she was cited in 2017 for failing to stop at a red light and not having a current vehicle registration. She pleaded guilty and had to pay $306 for failing to stop and $675.20 for the out-of-date registration. Overall, her bad driving habits have cost her thousands of dollars, so if she and Colton do end up together, she should probably let him do most of the driving.
