The Modern Family star, 19, took to Snapchat to show off her fresh ink, which is seemingly a quote in another language. While the snap has since disappeared from her account's story, fans were quick to grab screenshots and share with fellow Ariel followers.

"I think it's a super fun way of expressing yourself. I only get tattoos that are really meaningful to me and I love it,” she told [Entertainment Tonight](http://www.etonline.com/news/200979exclusivearielwinterrevealsthespecialmeaningbehindallfiveofhertattoos/)_ back in October — which makes sense, considering the sexy star is covered in body art.

“She needs to grow up. I would tell her to dress properly, be the beautiful person she is. I feel sad that she feels the need to expose herself when it’s not necessary,” she explained. “Ariel is smart, beautiful and talented. She is a legitimate actress. She does not need to do this. She is beautiful with her clothes on.”
