Kim already has a game plan. "She will be filing for sole custody," a source exclusively revealed to In Touch, adding that with the rapper's recent mental health issues, she's now protective for her little ones, but won't keep them away from their father, "But she does want Kanye to be part of their lives."

The news comes shortly after it was revealed the reality star sat down with Kanye and the rest of her family to discuss the rapper's health, "It was basically to discuss how to proceed privately and publicly with what's going on with his health and his and Kim's relationship," said a source. "Things got to a point where Kanye refused to discuss his health anymore and demanded that they all butt out of his affairs."
The meeting, unfortunately, didn't go as planned after the 39-year-old refused to talk about his issues, "Kourtney [Kardashian], of all people, completely lost it. She flung the drink she was holding at Kanye," the source continued. "It missed him, but her frustration was clear. She walked away grumbling, and Khloé [Kardashian] went after her. Kris Jenner and Kim just stood there staring at Kanye, who said nothing.

Juggling the stress from her armed robbery and her husband's emotional breakdown has caused Kim to be "miserable" in her marriage. The 36-year-old has even been in contact with famed divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, although it is unclear if she will represent Kim if there's a filing.
"Kanye has absolutely no idea that any of this is happening," said an insider, who adds "an announcement could happen at any time. She's been doing everything in top secret."
