Shia LaBeouf is once again in trouble with the law.
The 39-year-old actor, who has a history of volatile outbursts and run-ins with authorities, was arrested in New Orleans during the early morning hours of Tuesday, February 17, TMZ, Variety and Page Six confirmed.
The Transformers star is reportedly facing two charges of simple battery, according to court records.
According to TMZ, who obtained photos and video of the ordeal, LaBeouf allegedly got into a fight during Mardi Gras outside a bar in the French Quarter area, and paramedics were called to the scene.
LaBeouf was seen shirtless outside amongst a group of people, and a witness told the outlet he was allegedly escorted out of the bar before a brawl erupted.

Page Six reported that LaBeouf is currently being held without bond and will stand before a judge on Tuesday, February 17.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, LaBeouf has been in New Orleans since Thursday. The actor has been sober on and off throughout the years, and he has previously checked into rehab.
The publication reported that the actor has allegedly been partying it up during Mardi Gras festivities, with one anonymous bartender saying, “He is terrorizing the city!”
