They are ready to lose the weight again!

The Biggest Loser stars Jessica Limpert, Ramon Medeiros, Ryan Benson, Mallory Bray, Curtis Bray, and Brittany Aberle reunited for the season premiere episode of J.D. Roth’s new weight loss series The Big Fat Truth — where the NBC alums hope to lose the weight they gained back after finishing the series.

J.D. explained the Z Living series is about “revitalizing our participants’ diets and mindsets, and within the first 10 days alone not only did we see considerable weight loss, but also significant decreases in insulin levels and bad cholesterol, among other positive changes.”

Ramon explained on the episode that “When people say I’m too big, I don’t look the way I used to, I’m too big to be a trainer, it makes me want to run to my drug — food — and I don’t want to do that anymore. This series is proof that the mind is the gateway to transforming the body.”

Ryan, who won the first-ever Biggest Loser contest back in 2005, revealed to Inside Edition that he actually weighs more now than he did before going on the show.

“I slipped back into my old habits real quick. Within the next year or two and in about four or five years I had put back on all of the weight,” he admitted, adding that he was “eating a cheeseburger, fries, and ribs right after the final weigh in.”

Aside from these former contestants, J.D. will work with nurses, type 2 diabetics, teachers, and more groups of people who are undergoing weight loss journeys. Contestants will alter their lifestyles, eating more whole foods and plant-based diets.
