Troubled actor Zachery Ty Bryan had his residuals seized to pay off a massive $108,000 judgment months before his latest arrest, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, a man named Cameron Moore sued Zachery, 43, Lost Lane LLC, which Zachery is the CEO, and Warning LLC for breach of contract in 2021.

In his suit, Cameron said he brought the complaint after the defendants failed to return funds he had contributed for the production of a 2021 film Warning.

Cameron said he had agreed to contribute $60,000 to Lost Lane for the project. In return, Cameron said he was to be paid back the $60,000, plus $12,000 in interest and a cut of the film’s profits.

The suit said Zachery signed the agreement as a guarantor. “Specifically, Zachery Bryan personally guaranteed to repay the $60,000 to [Cameron] in the event Lost Lane failed to provide such payment within 60 days.”

Cameron said he sent the $60,000 to Lost Lane. He said he also confirmed with Warning LLC that it received the money from Lost Lane on his behalf. Cameron said the movie was completed and released on October 22, 2021.

“Despite fully performing his obligations under the participation agreement, and contributing $60,000” to the film, he did not receive anything in return. In the suit, Cameron said he requested to be compensated under the agreement, but Lost Lane and Zachery have failed to comply.

Cameron said he suffered economic damages. In his lawsuit, Cameron demanded accounting of the film’s profits, a cut of the profits, and the return of his money with interest. Zachery failed to respond to the case and a default judgment was entered in April 2023.

The judgment awarded Cameron $102,048 in damages plus interest for a grand total of $108,940.67.

In the months after being awarded the judgment, Cameron said he spoke to Zachery in 2023 who admitted he owed the money but claimed he was “broke and cannot pay the judgment.”

Cameron said Zachery testified under oath at a hearing in May 2024 that he owed the judgment but “does not currently have funds to pay the judgment.”

Zachery said he was earning money working as an independent contractor to help on his father’s property management and real estate issue. The actor said he earned varying union royalties from SAG-AFTRA for prior screen actor appearances. He also said he was owed hundreds of thousands from various business associates.

As a result, Cameron asked the court to issue an order allowing him to seize all royalties owed to Zachery until the $108,000 debt was paid off. Cameron attached a list of Zachery’s IMDB profile showing the list of films and movies he could receive royalties from.

He starred in 203 episodes of Home Improvement with Tim Allen and had various small roles on televisions show in the decade following.
