‘LPBW’ Alums Zach and Tori Roloff’s New Home in Washington Is Beautiful — Take a Tour!

They’re living the dream! Former Little People, Big World stars Zach Roloff and Tori Roloff have given small glimpses with photos inside of their new house in Washington, but judging from what they’ve shared already, it looks like a perfect place to call home.

Tori announced their move from Portland, Oregon, to Washington in October 2021, telling her followers that the family “said goodbye to our sweet, cozy, unique and very green house in Portland yesterday!”

While admitting that they “had so many beautiful memories in that house,” Tori recognized that they were “so excited for our new adventure.”

The LPBW alum’s former home in Portland was reportedly worth $560,000, and it was absolutely breathtaking inside and out. While they lived there, the five-bedroom, three-bathroom Oregon-based home was perfect for their family.

The 2,600-square-foot home included a two-car garage and a sizable front porch, according to Radar Online, who obtained the property records and pics. Brazilian hardwood floors and wood molding gave the traditional house a luxurious feel, especially with the renovated kitchen that featured granite counters and white cabinets.

Tori and Zach’s two oldest children, son Jackson Kyle Roloff and daughter Lilah Ray Roloff, must have loved the home’s huge outdoor area, complete with a swing set, while their parents enjoy the fire pit. The house even had an in-ground swimming pool and outdoor lounge.

Tori and Zach’s former digs also featured a spacious master bedroom with double sinks in their bathroom. Plus, the home was just a 10-minute drive to the family’s famous farm and not far from Amy Roloff’s house as well, so Jackson and Lilah could be close to their grandparents, Amy and Matt Roloff, and their step-grandfather, Chris Marek. It’s unclear how far away their new home is from their extended family.

In a May 2022 episode of Little People, Big World, Amy and Chris took a tour of Zach and Tori’s new house in Washington. And while Chris said that he thought the house lacked “curb appeal” before he and Amy entered, he ended up telling Zach that it was a nice house with a good floor plan.

On top of that, Zach admitted that there might be some livestock coming soon; the father of three told Chris that they have a chicken coop in the backyard.

Before buying their former property in May 2018, the couple, who married in July 2015, previously lived in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that they ultimately sold for $382,500. And it’s a good thing the pair upgraded, especially with a growing family. Tori and Zach welcomed baby No. 3, son Josiah Luke, in April 2022.

Jackson, Lilah and Josiah were all born with achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism.

“You have to encourage a dwarf child a little more because it will take them five steps to do what others can do in two,” Zach previously explained to People. “But I knew, dwarf or not, I was going to parent my child with the mentality that not everyone gets a trophy. You have to earn it.”

The pair have also stated that adoption could be an option for their family one day.

“I’ve always thought parents that have the heart for adoption or for foster care, I respect and adore them,” Zach told Us Weekly. “I think those parents are amazing. It’s not something we’ve necessarily talked about, but those parents that do do that, I think it’s incredible.”
