Fans Send Donations to XXXTentacion’s Ex-Girlfriend Geneva Ayala for Domestic Abuse Related Surgery
While many people are devastated by rapper XXXTentacion's untimely death on June 18, plenty of fans are even more concerned with the wellbeing of his ex-girlfriend Geneva Ayala. XXX was in the midst of a court battle with Geneva at the time of his death, for allegedly beating her while she was pregnant with his child so badly that she's losing vision in one eye. With him dead, Geneva couldn't possibly hope to recover the medical costs from him. Many supporters rushed to her GoFundMe page to make sure she was taken care of.
XXX met Geneva at a concert in 2016, and the couple quickly began dating. However, Geneva revealed in court docs that it didn't take long for their relationship to become violent. She describes being hit, choked, nearly drowned, threatened to be penetrated with a grilling fork, beaten with hangers, and stomped on throughout their relationship. However, the worst came in October 2016. XXX had been in jail and she slept with another guy while he was gone. When he got out, he demanded the truth, threatening to kill her. She told him about the affair, and he let her go back to bed. However, when she later told him she was pregnant with his baby (they had been trying to concieve) he threatened to kill her and the baby before beating her and locking her in an apartment for two days. Finally, she escaped and went to the police, and they charged XXX with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, and witness-tampering.

"There's two fractures in my left eye socket due to an aggressive hit, along with nose and jaw fractures," Geneva wrote on her GoFundMe. "Since these bones are fractured they're piercing into the back of my eyeball causing damage to an optical nerve and my eye itself. The left side of my face has lost some sensation, I cannot feel my upper lip on the left side, and same for my upper teeth on the left side." Geneva said her vision was getting worse, and without surgery her nerves in her face would die. "I'd appreciate anything, this is a very strenuous obstacle that has been put into my hands. Also could use money towards my living situation and food. thank you," she wrote.
Since the news broke of XXX's shooting death in Miami on June 18, people have donated thousands to Geneva's page. It is still unclear if she lost the baby she was pregnant with when XXX attacked her, but neither she nor her ex has ever posted a photo of a baby so it would seem that she either ha da miscarriage or terminated the pregnancy.

Despite the horrifying events that occurred between them, Geneva still seems devastated by XXX's death. After hearing the news, she posted a video with him on Instagram with the message "it isn't real, come back." And another drawing of the former couple that said, "I want to scream at the top of my lungs until I can’t then keep screaming. I don’t want to believe this. No one knows. the s–t. I feel. for you." She also posted a photo on Stories playing his song "Alone, Part 3," with the message "you were never alone, you never will be." The rapper and the 21-year-old both came from backgrounds of abuse, so it makes sense that she would still care for him despite everything and understand why he was the way he was. Our heart goes out to Geneva and XXX's family in this tough time.
