Offset’s Alleged Mistress Speaks Out After Being Accused Of Causing Cardi B Split
She’s telling her side of the story. Offset‘s alleged mistress Summer Bunni has spoken out and issued a tearful apology to Cardi B, after hearing the power couple called it quits on Dec. 4. The Instagram model said she hasn’t hooked up with the “Bad and Boujee” rapper since Cardi had their baby, but still feels bad because she didn’t want to be a catalyst for breaking up a happy home.
Only one day ago, Summer took to social media with a lengthy message, showing remorse for her actions. “Good morning, a quick letter to the fans, followers and social media outlets,” the model began. “During the last 48 hours, I haven’t enjoyed the social media frenzy,” Summer continued. “Not only is it draining but humbling. I will always be woman enough to admit when I’m wrong, and in this situation I was. Seeing another woman’s pain does not bring me joy, nor do I think it’s funny. I’ve always been for women supporting each other but in this situation not only myself but others have failed.”
“I separated myself from certain situations and people for a reason. This is not a letter for sympathy but acknowledgment to everyone whom has questions. Going into 2019 focused and dedicated to becoming a better me. Thank y’all — Summer.” The model also shared messages to her Instagram Stories. “Praying for peace, and happiness,” she wrote. “I really need it right now.” Another note read, “Mentally not ready for this.” The drama started after a video was released, allegedly displaying Offset, 26, and Summer on FaceTime together, which seemingly prompted the model to break her silence.
Meanwhile, fans are still in shock after hearing about Cardi, 26, and Offset’s split on Dec. 4. The former Love & Hip Hop star revealed they’ve been trying to work things out, while confirming they’re no longer together anymore. No matter what, Cardi said she will always have love for her ex as her baby’s father. The “Bodak Yellow” rapper switched gears by treating fans to a big surprise on Dec. 5, sharing the first full-faced photo of her four-month-old daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus.
