Tigerlily married Darren Mark Taylor on June 28, 2013. Darren is the chief executive officer at Tidel, a company that helps organizations “secure, automate and streamline their cash handling processes,” according to the website.

Tigerlily and Darren were married for more than eight years before she filed for divorce on August 11, 2021, according to legal documents viewed by In Touch.

Tigerlily spoke about her marriage to Darren during her debut on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 6, where she compared it to living in a “golden bird cage.” She shared that she met her ex-husband when she was 30, and after becoming pregnant, they chose to get married. Despite enjoying a luxurious lifestyle, their relationship did not have a fairy tale ending.

“We lived in a fancy house, I was able to buy fancy clothes, shoes, handbags, but he was very controlling,” the reality TV personality told producers during the season premiere. “I wasn’t allowed to have friends and I felt like marriage equaled prison for me. I stayed in the relationship for as long as I did because of the children.”

After choosing to “take control” of her life, she endured a “horrible” four-year divorce process but stated that she and her children were financially taken care of following the proceedings.

Fans witnessed the Texas native tie the knot with her overseas boyfriend in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, but she had already been married twice in the past.
