Looks like it’s not just the Duggars who are experiencing a baby boomZach and Whitney Bates are also pregnant and expecting baby No. 3 in November 2019. Their son or daughter will be another new grandkid in the family just months after Zach’s sister, Josie Bates, welcomes Baby Balka in July. The Bringing Up Bates stars shared the happy news on May 9 after experiencing a miscarriage in 2018. The couple, who already has two kids, couldn’t be more excited to continue to grow their family.

“There are no words to describe the excitement under our little roof as we anxiously await a new little baby!” Whitney said, confirming the news to People. “Last summer Zach and I experienced a miscarriage. Though our hearts were broken, we put all our trust in God. Now, we are all flooded with joy and gratefulness! The main topic around the house has been about the new baby coming and whose gets to hold it first!”

Apparently, big brother Bradley, 4, and Kaci Lynn, nearly 3, have been fighting for the honor. More importantly, though, Bradley’s excited to have another younger sibling — and Kaci Lynn is excited to graduate from little sister to big sister. On Instagram, mom Whitney is always happy to share the bond that her kids already have with each other. “The love Bradley has for his little sister is so real,❤️” she wrote in January.

“Yes, they fight over toys and have their moments, but the bond they have and the way they truly care for one another is so precious!😭 They pray every day for another baby because Bradley wants another sister like Kaci Lynn (or his baby cousin Everly😂) and Kaci Lynn prays for another brother like Bradley,😁” Whitney continued. “Lol! Just thinking today about how blessed we are for the two babies God was so kind to give us. They’re our joy!”

It sounds like the kiddos’ prayers have finally been answered! Whitney knew it would happen someday. After experiencing her miscarriage, she told People, “When I am with my kids, I can look outside, I still see it, I remember it, it hurts, but at the same time, we know that God has a bigger plan and he brought us through that. … There’s comfort in that. It hurts, but it helps with the healing. … On God’s time, he’s going to give us another one.”
