Amber Portwood appears to currently be single.
She was most recently in a relationship with Dimitri Garcia, who she started dating in January 2020, Us Weekly confirmed at the time. They met online after Dimitri watched a few episodes of Amber on TV and decided to reach out to her on social media. He is from Belgium, is 10 years older than Amber and has two children from a previous relationship.
Dimitri made his Teen Mom OG debut during season 8 when Amber invited him to stay with her at her home in Indiana. During his stay, Amber insisted Dimitri take a lie detector test to prove he was with her for the right reasons and not for fame, which he passed.
After their visit, Dimitri returned to Belgium and although the couple planned to see each other again soon, their plans were halted due to the coronavirus pandemic in March.
The couple seemed to struggle with their long-distance relationship amid the pandemic. In July 2020, Amber took to Instagram to share a cryptic message, hinting at a possible split.
“Such disappointment tonight honestly,” Amber captioned a photo of a heart made out of shards of broken glass. “Sending love to my amazing followers who have been here since day one throughout all the struggles. Goodnight sweethearts! I’ve been up for 2 hour’s so hopefully I’ll go back to sleep now. Thank’s for the help love’s💕💕🙏😴.”
The pair eventually called it quits in January 2021.
Before Dimitri, Amber was previously in relationships with exes Gary Shirley, Matt Baier and Andrew Glennon. She shares daughter Leah with Gary and son James with Andrew.

Tyler Baltierra and Catelynn Lowell

Tyler Baltierra and Catelynn Lowell are the only couple whose relationship lasted from their first episode of 16 and Pregnant all the way through to Teen Mom OG and now to Teen Mom: The Next Chapter. The middle school sweethearts started dating in 2005 and their relationship withstood the test of time and life: from making the difficult decision to place their firstborn daughter, Carly, for adoption in 2009 to weathering issues in their relationship.

The couple got engaged in 2010, but they called their engagement off during a stint on season 1 of VH1’s Couples Therapy in 2013. After taking time to work on themselves as individuals, Tyler re-proposed to Catelynn in February 2014.

The couple announced they were pregnant and expecting their second child together, daughter Novalee, that August. Catelynn gave birth to Nova in January 2015.

That August, Catelynn and Tyler finally tied the knot. Their wedding aired on Teen Mom OG and Tyler’s heartfelt vows tugged at the heartstrings of both longtime fans and their guests.

The couple’s relationship faced another test when they suffered a miscarriage in 2017. Catelynn and Tyler were briefly separated by distance as she sought treatment for emotional issues stemming from her pregnancy loss that November. They reunited in February 2018.

The following September, Catelynn and Tyler announced they were expecting baby No. 3. During Cate’s pregnancy, the couple experienced more marital issues and they agreed to try a one-month trial separation, as suggested by their therapist. Their relationship came back stronger than ever after they reunited and they welcomed daughter Vaeda in February 2019.

Now, their relationship seems to be in a great place following the birth of their fourth daughter, Rya Rose, in August 2021. The couple celebrated their 14-year anniversary in July 2020.

Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney

Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney started dating in 2015. The former motorcycle racer moved from his hometown of Dallas to Tennessee to be with Maci in 2014. In May 2015, the couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Jayde Carter.

The couple tied the knot in a beautiful wedding ceremony in October 2016 in Greenville, Florida, after welcoming son Maverick McKinney the previous May.

Prior to her relationship with Taylor, Maci dated childhood friend Kyle King and Ryan Edwards, with whom she shares son Bentley.

Cheyenne Floyd and Zach Davis

Cheyenne Floyd confirmed she is back together with ex Zach Davis when she shared a photo of the couple kissing while celebrating her 28th birthday together in October 2020.

“Blessed & Highly Favored ✨ can’t believe I woke up to this thank you @z.terrel ❤️ #28dozenroses,” she captioned the photo via Instagram at the time.

Cheyenne and Zach were dating when she joined season 7 of Teen Mom OG in October 2018, but the couple broke up shortly after because Zach felt Cheyenne was prioritizing her coparenting relationship with Cory Wharton, who is the father of her daughter, Ryder.

After rekindling their relationship, Zach and Cheyenne announced they were expecting a child together. Zach proposed to his longtime love at their baby. Son Ace was born in May 2021, and the couple tied the knot in September 2022.

Cheyenne was also previously linked to ex-boyfriend Matt Walker.

Mackenzie McKee

Mackenzie McKee (née Douthit) and estranged husband Josh McKee first got together in 2009 and were introduced to fans on season 4 of 16 and Pregnant in 2012. She gave birth to their first child, son Gannon, in September 2011. The couple tied the knot in August 2013 and welcomed two more children: daughter Jaxie in February 2014 and son Broncs in August 2016. They had a brief stint on season 1 of the now-defunct Teen Mom 3, which aired in 2013.

But they experienced ups and downs throughout their marriage. In January 2017, the couple briefly split amid Mackenzie’s cheating scandal after she was caught texting another man.

“There was a guy I was texting, but there was no flirting or affair,” the former reality star told Radar Online at the time. “I didn’t do that. His ex-wife found out and sent Josh a message. That is what he’s going off of.” But the couple quickly reconciled after that.

Their marriage faced another test when her mother, Angie Douthit, was diagnosed with stage 4 brain and lung cancer in January 2018. In August of that year, they returned to reality TV on season 8 of Teen Mom OG and during one of the first episodes, Mackenzie accused Josh of cheating on her while away for work traveling with a rodeo. Josh later admitted that he had an “inappropriate” encounter with a woman at a bar during that work trip.

That month, Mackenzie announced her split from Josh after six years of marriage. In October 2019, she confirmed she filed for divorce but the couple quickly reconciled after the filing. Just weeks later, Josh reproposed to Mackenzie on her birthday and they got back together.

The couple still struggled with issues after reconciling and Mackenzie’s mom urged her to work through her issues with Josh before her death in December 2019.

In May 2020, Mackenzie and Josh split again after she claimed she checked his call logs and learned he had been texting another woman since about two weeks after her mother’s passing, whom she later revealed was one of her cousins. Mackenzie later clarified that she didn’t believe Josh cheated on her with her cousin, but she was upset that he was opening up to her family member about their marital issues and that was the reason for their breakup.

Following their split, Mackenzie and Josh have sparked reconciliation rumors. That August, Mackenzie moved to Florida from Oklahoma with her children and Josh followed shortly after. They started posting several photos together and celebrated Halloween 2020 together as a family. In November 2020, Mackenzie posted a photo of her, Josh and two other couples. Fans speculated the couple was back together in the comments and Mackenzie clarified, “Dats it. We’re best friends.”

However, Mackenzie finally addressed the status of her relationship with Josh in an exclusive interview with In Touch in January 2021. “We just are having a lot of fun right now as a family,” the MTV alum said at the time. “Obviously, he is all over me. And, so, people are like, OK, they’re more than friends, but we don’t really have that conversation. I’m not talking to anyone else. I’m leaving that open.” By February 2021, they were officially back together.

Unfortunately, the couple ultimately could not make their marriage last. Just 17 months after they reconciled, Mackenzie confirmed they split again in July 2022.

“With all the messages I’m receiving and articles coming out, I wanted you guys to hear what’s going on from me alone,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “Sometimes things work and sometimes, no matter how hard you fight, it just doesn’t work out. I am breaking my silence about Josh and I being done. I will always respect him as the father of my children but it’s time for me to find my happy 🙏.”

Mac is currently in a relationship with a man named Khesanio Khezzii Hall.

Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer

Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer met at a gas station in South Dakota in 2014 and their love story has blossomed ever since! The pair got engaged during a romantic proposal in November 2015, which aired on Teen Mom 2,  and tied the knot in October 2016.

Chelsea gave birth to her first child with Cole, son Watson Cole, in January 2017. The couple welcomed daughter Layne Ettie in August 2019. One year later, Chelsea announced she was pregnant and expecting baby No. 4 with Cole, another girl. Daughter Walker June was born in January 2021.

Prior to her relationship with Cole, Chelsea was linked to ex-boyfriend Adam Lind. The former couple share one child, daughter Aubree.

Kailyn Lowry

Kailyn Lowry seems happy in her current relationship. However, fans have followed her dating life very closely ever since she was first introduced on season 2 of 16 and Pregnant in 2010. At the time, she was with boyfriend Jo Rivera, who is the father of her first child, Isaac Elliot. The couple split shortly after their son’s birth in January 2010.

Kailyn moved on with boyfriend Jordan Wenner, but they split after a little over a year together after she admitted to cheating on him with ex Jo.

She met her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, in 2011 when she was working at a retail store in her local mall. They quickly started dating and Javi proposed after nine months together. The couple tied the knot in September 2013. They welcomed son Lincoln in November 2013, but their marriage quickly hit a rough patch.

In May 2016, Kailyn confirmed she split from Javi after less than three years of marriage. Their divorce was finalized that December.

Kailyn quickly moved on with on-again, off-again boyfriend Chris Lopez. She announced the couple was expecting their first child together in February 2017. She gave birth to son Lux in August 2017. But Kail and Chris’ relationship hit several rough patches after welcoming their son and they dated off and on until they split in January 2020, shortly before Kailyn learned she was pregnant with their second child together.

Kail announced her fourth pregnancy in February and was estranged from Chris until their son Creed’s birth in July when she invited him to be present during her labor. While the couple never romantically reconciled, they continue to coparent.

In April 2022, the reality star revealed that there’s a new man in her life. While Kail is keeping her relationship relatively private since exiting the Teen Mom franchise, she has referenced their relationship numerous times via social media and shared that his name is Elijah Scott.

Leah Messer

Leah Messer is currently single, but fans watched the highs and lows of her relationship history play out for the past 10 seasons.

When fans were introduced to Leah on season 2 of 16 and Pregnant in 2010, she was 17 years old and expecting twins with her boyfriend, Corey Simms. The couple was only together for one month when they got pregnant, and they were still getting to know each other when the twins, daughters Aliannah and Aleeah, were born in December 2009.

Shortly after the twins were born, Leah admitted to cheating on Corey with her longtime on-again, off-again boyfriend Robbie Kid. Leah and Corey split briefly and by the time they returned for season 1 of Teen Mom 2 in 2011, they were working on their relationship.

Corey proposed to Leah and the couple tied the knot in October 2010. But the couple split in April 2011, and she filed for divorce just after six months of marriage. Leah later admitted to cheating on Corey the week before their wedding with Robbie, which is one of the reasons for their breakup. Another reason is Leah learned Corey had used the money the couple had been saving for daughter Ali’s medical bills for her treatment for titin’s muscular dystrophy. Leah and Corey’s divorce was finalized that June.

Leah moved on the following month with Dusty Haas, who is a local race car driver. But their relationship was short-lived and they split after one week of dating.

In August 2011, Leah met Jeremy Calvert and they immediately started dating. They got engaged the following December and quickly got pregnant. In January 2012, Leah claimed she miscarried but later admitted in her 2020 book, Hope, Grace & Faith, that she lied and had an abortion instead. She explained the reason she decided to have an abortion is because she still had feelings for Corey and was discussing a possible reconciliation.

Leah and Corey decided to stay separated, so she moved on with her plans to marry Jeremy. Leah and Jeremy tied the knot in April 2012. The following October, they announced their second pregnancy. They welcomed daughter Adalynn in February 2013.

But their relationship quickly faced several issues. Jeremy’s job as a pipeline engineer, and he spent a lot of time away from home because of the nature of his work. Leah was also struggling through a secret addiction to prescription pain killers after she suffered a botched epidural while giving birth to Adalynn, which she later revealed in her book. During a 2019 episode of her “Pressing Pause to Reboot” podcast, Leah also claimed another factor in her divorce from Jeremy was her willingness to give money to her family after her MTV success. The couple split in October 2014 after two years of marriage. After her stint in rehab, the divorce was finalized in June 2015.

After her divorce, Leah moved on with local personal trainer T.R. Dues and they dated from 2015-2016. She was single for nearly two years before she started dating ex-boyfriend Jason Jordan in 2018. The couple dated on-and-off until their breakup in 2019.
She next found love with Jaylan Mobley, whom she began dating in August 2021 and became engaged to on their one-year anniversary trip to Costa Rica. The couple fell head over heels in love and even moved into a new house together in April 2022.
However, it wasn’t meant to be and the pair revealed they called it quits in October 2022. “While the last year has been tremendously exciting for both of us, we’ve realized that it’s best we walk separate paths. We are so grateful for the lessons, growth, and memories we’ve had in this relationship,” the exes said in a joint statement to In Touch. “So many of you have watched our love story unfold, and we hope that you’ll continue to watch our stories while we move forward as friends.”

Briana DeJesus

Briana DeJesus is seemingly single as of January 2023. She was recently in a relationship with Bobby Scott, a former bodyguard for costars Catelynn and Tyler. However, their relationship was short-lived.

Briana has also been linked to Devoin Austin, who is the father of her daughter Nova. Briana and Devoin split shortly after Nova was born in September 2011.

She went on to date ex-boyfriend Dre Diddy before her relationship with Luis Hernandez. She welcomed her second child,  Stella, in July 2017 which marked her first child with Luis. The couple split before Stella was born after she learned Luis had been cheating on her throughout the time she was pregnant.

Briana dated Teen Mom 2 costar Kailyn Lowry‘s ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, in September 2017 but they split just four months later in January 2018.

Briana moved on with John Rodriguez and they dated from May 2018 until August 2019.

She then moved on with a man named Javi. Briana went public with the Kissimmee-based tattoo artist in September 2020 and they became engaged the following May. However, the pair ended their engagement by March 2022.

Jade Cline and Sean Austin

When Jade Cline was introduced to fans on season 1 Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant, she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Sean Austin. But the couple’s relationship has been strained ever since they welcomed daughter Kloie in September 2017. They split in February 2019 but reconciled one year later.

The couple documented another rough patch in their relationship on season 10 of Teen Mom 2. Jade and Sean clashed over his apparent lack of motivation to go back to school and start a career to start providing financially for their family of three. After a heated fight, Jade kicked Sean out of the home they shared and it seemed their relationship was done.

But in March 2021, Jade took to Instagram to announce she and Sean are back together after finally making their relationship work.

“Loving you has always felt so right. I’m so proud of you … You’ve proved people who’ve [made] mistakes can change, evolve, improve, and learn,” she captioned a steamy picture of the couple laying in bed together at the time. “It hasn’t always been easy but it’s always been worth it. Cheers [clinking glasses emoji] to us and forever.”

They are still going strong and announced their engagement in September 2022.

Ryan Edwards and Mackenzie Standifer

Ryan met Mackenzie Standifer at a gym and got married in May 2017. The duo share son Jagger and daughter Stella. The pair also coparent Ryan’s son Bentley, whom he shares with Maci, and Mackenzie’s son Hudson, whom she shares with ex-husband, Zachary Stephens. 

While the couple’s romance was chronicled on the MTV series, Ryan first hinted at a possible divorce in January 2023, when he returned to social media after taking a five-year absence. 

“I trusted you but now your words mean nothing to me, because your actions spoke the truth,” a quote shared by Ryan on January 29, 2023. The former reality star captioned the image, saying, “Your regret is coming … good lord showed me what I need but not what I wanted [sic].”

On February 10, 2023, Ryan shared a photo of Mackenzie dressed in only a leather jacket and publicly accused her of cheating. The same day, In Touch confirmed that Ryan was arrested.

“During today’s conversation with Mackenzie, it was discovered that Ryan had violated the Order of Protection by contacting her father on Thursday advising him to let Mackenzie know he would be at the residence that same day to gather his belongings,” the sheriff’s office said in a press release following Ryan’s arrest. “During the course of looking into the issue of breaking the Order of Protection, HCSO deputies learned that Ryan had an active warrant for harassment which was taken out by the Chattanooga Police Department. Mackenzie was listed as the victim in that incident. That warrant was taken out on February 8, 2023.”

Ryan was later released on bond more than two weeks later, In Touch confirmed on February 28, 2023, that Mackenzie had filed for divorce from Ryan.
