Despite the rumors, Derick Dillard is A-OK!

The Counting On star has had fans concerned about his health for months, but he recently announced that he's doing just fine.

In January, the 28-year-old took to Twitter to address the issue saying, "No, I'm actually quite healthy," when a fan asked if he was sick.

Yet that hasn't stopped people from voicing their concerns.

On a photo posted to Instagram last week, one person commented, "Boy Derrick[sic] looks painfully thin. Look at his legs," and another chimed in saying, "Are you sick? You look really sick. 🙁 If I didn't know who you were I'd think you did drugs. (I know you don't). I'm sad for you."

Derick met his future wife, Jill Duggar back in December 2011. The two grew up just 45 minutes from one another in Arkansas but didn't meet until he stopped by her home while caroling with a church group.

Jill recalls their first meeting on her website, "Neither of us remembers each other specifically from that time; all I have is a vague memory of the group of people who came," Jill wrote. "Not long after this, Derick contacted my dad and asked if he would be a prayer partner during his two-year term in Nepal."

Since then, the couple has gotten married and started a family. They're parents to two-year-old Israel and are expecting their second child together later this year.

We're happy to hear Derick is doing well —it sounds like he has his hands full these days!
