While it may seem like Chelsea Houska has it all together these days — her life includes a wonderful husband, Cole DeBoer and two beautiful kids, Aubree and Watson — the Teen Mom 2 star is still challenged with her fair share of struggles (and we do not just mean her first baby daddy, Adam Lind‘s drug and legal woes).

The fan favorite opened up on Twitter about a medical condition she suffers from called PMDD, which stands for Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder. According to WebMD, this condition “causes emotional and physical symptoms [such as mood swings, sleep problems, and difficulty concentrating], like PMS, but women with PMDD find their symptoms debilitating, and they often interfere with their daily lives, including work, school, social life, and relationships.”

“I feel weird even asking this cause I feel like nobody ever talks about it. But any other people with PMDD? What do you do that helps?!” Chelsea tweeted on Sunday.

Her followers were incredibly supportive and suggested various ways, such as birth control and keeping physically active, to cope.

This comes on the heels of the MTV reality star hinting that she wants more babies. She recently wrote on Twitter, “How can I have baby fever WHILE I’M HOLDING A THREE-MONTH-OLD?”

A few weeks later she asked, “Random question: Do diapers expire? Or can you save unused diapers for next baby?”

We hope this happens sooner than later because not only is she a wonderful mother — but she makes some of the cutest bundles of joy!

It has definitely been a crazy 2017 for Chelsea, between welcoming her son in January and now, for the umpteenth time, dealing with her ex’s issues. We certainly hope the reality star can pass this — because, after everything she went through, homegirl deserves happiness!
