Wendy Williams and Her Husband Were Accused of Harassment, Abuse in 2008 Lawsuit (REPORT)

In a bombshell lawsuit that has since been uncovered, Wendy Williams and her husband Kevin Hunter were sued by a former employee, who accused the married couple of sexual harassment, abuse, and unlawful retaliation.

According to the court papers that were published by Radar Online, Nicole Spence sued the popular talk show host in 2008 — and the allegations are disturbing. Along with claiming she worked in a “hostile work environment,” the plaintiff accused Wendy and Kevin of “physically threatened” and detailed how Kevin would scream obscenities such as “b—h” and “motherf–ker” at her during work hours. The former talent producer also described how she was propositioned by Kevin several times. “He called Ms. Spence on her cell phone at all hours of the night and told her that he had been dreaming about sleeping with her,” the suit claimed.

And that’s not all. Nicole also claimed that Kevin assaulted his famous wife, “openly physically abused Ms. Williams, pinning her against the wall with his hand around her neck, choking her while repeatedly pounding his fist into the wall directly behind her” when he caught her smoking cigarettes. She also alleged a male co-worker admitted to having sexual relations with Wendy in fear of losing his job. WTF!

Last year, Kevin was accused of having a 10-year secret affair with massage therapist Sharina Hudson and while Wendy publicly denied the allegations, the lawsuit reveals Nicole witnessed Kevin bringing his mistress on business trips to Jamaica and Puerto Rico, among other places. Despite the graphic claims made against the TV personality, the case was suddenly dismissed with prejudice a few months later— meaning it could not be refiled by the plaintiff.

Meanwhile, Wendy, 53, continues to stand by her man. “I stand by my guy. We commuted this morning. All is well in Hunterville. Don’t believe the hype and if there was hype, believe me you — I would let you know.” Wendy, who shares son Kevin Jr., 17, with her husband —jokingly said on her talk show. “I’ll be following this story, so I guess I’ll have to watch to find out what happens.”
