Cosmo Taylor isn’t like most teenagers — because at 15-years-old, he’s the youngest bodybuilder in his country!

But being a teenager, he has an edge over his competitors when it comes to keeping in im-“pec”-cable (sorry, we had to!) shape — and that’s sibling rivalry!

The teen, who has been training since he was 11, says competing with his 19-year-old sister Bronwyn, a prize-winner power lifter, motivates him to push himself.

“I’m very competitive with Bronwyn,” he tells Barcroft TV. “If she’s going to do 12 reps on something, I’ll do 15. It’s a sibling thing.”

While some people are worried he’s over-doing it because of his age, he insists it’s much ado about nothing.

“I’ve been training for almost four years now and I’ve been injury free,” he says. “If you’re going to do something stupid, that’s how you’re going to injure yourself. It’s the same with any sport.”
