Tristan Thompson Honors Kids Prince and True With Some New Bling on Father’s Day
In a rare public display of affection, Tristan Thompson honored his kids on social media this Father's Day. The usually private star — at least when it comes to his son Prince, 1, and two-month-old daughter True, showed off some new bling on Instagram bearing his children's names.
"My Prince and Princess. I love you guys so much," he captioned an up-close shot of two diamond necklaces with their monikers. As expected, his followers loved that the NBA star was finally showing some love for his kids on the social media platform. "FINALLY he posts something about his kids," one fan commented. Another added, "Love the chains. Happy daddy's day. You will be a excellent dad. Stay positive."
Over the weekend, Tristan joined his baby mama Khloé Kardashian as they moved back to LA with their daughter. The family was greeted by balloons courtesy of Kylie Jenner and her daughter Stormi — and cookies in the shape of True's adorable face. "Welcome home Khloé and True. We love you, Stormi and Kylie," the messages read. However, many noticed the subtle diss from the lip kit beauty, who seemingly left Tristan out of the welcome home message.
And just because the family is back together in California does not mean there are no issues. A source told Life & Style that they will be living apart. "They've been fighting nonstop," the source explained. "They can't get through one conversation without it turning into a huge argument." We don't blame Khloé for needing some time away from the Cleveland Cavalier, after he was caught in a cheating scandal with alleged mistress Lani Blair just days before she gave birth. Earlier this month, In Touch exclusively reported that the 27-year-old side chick was still being spoiled by Tristan.
“Lani has been complaining to Tristan about going on a shopping spree like he’s promised time and time again. This time, he got clever and sent her a box full of expensive Good American jeans from Khloé’s denim line,” the insider shared. "She didn’t care that Khloé designed those jeans. She was just happy Tristan sent her gifts which shows he cares. Lani even snapped a few pics of herself in the jeans, texted them to Tristan, and said she looks better in them. He replied back with two hearts."
