Tristan Thompson “Isn’t Too Fond” of His Daughter’s Name, and Honestly, Good (EXCLUSIVE)

#SorryNotSorry! Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's baby girl is just five days old, but her cheating dad isn't exactly a fan of her name. Koko revealed on April 16 that their little one is named True, an ode to Kris Jenner's family, but a source told In Touch exclusively that it wasn't the NBA star's first choice.

"Tristan's not too fond of the name True, but he's cool," the insider dished. "He's not about to [fight] with Khloé over what to name their daughter. He's just really happy that Khloé and the baby are happy, healthy, and all smiles."

These days, the 27-year-old is picking his battles, and rightfully so. Last week, the Daily Mail released video footage of Tristan smooching a mystery woman at a club while Khloé was in his hometown of Cleveland awaiting the birth of their daughter. TMZ followed up the bombshell report with surveillance video footage of Tristan outside a Washington DC hookah lounge in early October where he can be seen making out with not one but two different women. The news came less than two months after In Touch shared video footage of Tristan flirting with another mystery woman at a different event.

The source added that True's moniker would hopefully remind Tristan of his mistakes. "In the back of her mind, she knows the name will tug at Tristan's soul every time he sees his daughter and hopes that will help him to be a true person." They continued, "Clearly, he's failed and Khloé's still so incredibly hurt. All Khloé ever wanted in life was a man that would be true, truthful, and trustworthy."

And now Tristan is desperately trying to win back that trust. "Unfortunately for True, Tristan is unsure as to his future with Khloé," a spearate source told us. "He's offered to spend his off days with Khloé and the baby, and she said no. He's offered to pay for two nannies and another assistant to help Khloé with the baby while he's in the playoffs, but she's declined."

They concluded, "He's really trying to be as active and present as he can, but Khloé tells him she's got all the help she needs from her family. Tristan is sorry for everything and never meant for any of this to happen." Welp, should have thought about that before, Tristy!
