Tori Spelling is being ordered to pay the big bucks.
The Beverly Hills 90210 star has reportedly been slapped with another lawsuit from American Express over unpaid credit card debt. The news comes less than a month after the financial institution ordered the star to pay almost $39,000 worth of unpaid fees.
According to new court documents obtained by E!, AmEx is requesting Tori to pay up $87,594.55 in fees on one of her platinum credit cards. Further, the statement reveals Tori's account has been canceled.
Tori and husband Dean McDermott, who share kids Liam, 9, Stella, 8, Hattie, 4, and Finn, 4, were also hit with a tax lien of $259,108.23 over the summer for unpaid state taxes in 2014. The 43-year-old's mother, Candi Spelling, has offered financial assistance, but refuses to pay off her debts.
"I've been paying all her bills now, except I'm not paying extras like that," Candy told TMZ when asked about the AmEx lawsuit. "I'm not paying any back payments — just for the house, and the kids’ schools and their food."
