Tori and husband Dean McDermott, who share kids Liam, 9, Stella, 8, Hattie, 4, and Finn, 4, were also hit with a tax lien of $259,108.23 over the summer for unpaid state taxes in 2014. The 43-year-old’s mother, Candi Spelling, has offered financial assistance, but refuses to pay off her debts.

“I’ve been paying all her bills now, except I’m not paying extras like that,” Candy told TMZ when asked about the AmEx lawsuit. “I’m not paying any back payments — just for the house, and the kids’ schools and their food.”
