A message for her hubby? Teen Mom OG star Mackenzie Edwards showed off her brand new “I Love You” tattoo via social media on April 17, shortly after her husband, Ryan Edwards, was released from jail. The MTV alum appears to be sticking by Ryan’s side following his three-month stint behind bars. Scroll through the gallery to see her fresh ink and get the latest details!
Mackenzie, 22, took to Instagram Stories with the big unveil. “That new new,” she wrote alongside a photo of her tattoo which reads, “I love you.” It looks like she’s pleased with her latest addition!

Her Last Design
The reality star previously showed off another new tattoo in January, revealing a cross on her arm. “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me,” Mackenzie wrote in her caption.

Behind Bars
Mackenzie’s husband, Ryan, 31, has been serving time in county jail since January 2019, so it appears that she was turning to her faith in order to help her get through tough times.

Free at Last
After spending three months behind bars, Ryan was released on April 15. The TMOG alum was previously arrested at 12:45 a.m. on January 23.

Ryan was whisked away in cuffs following heroin and theft charges. The reality star apparently broke probation from a past heroin possession charge in 2017.

Catching a Break
Prior to his arrest, the troubled star allegedly drank and dashed on December 19, 2018. A server at Bud’s Sports Bar in Chattanooga, Tennessee, notified police at the time, but his theft charge was later dismissed.

On January 28, the MTV personality appeared in court and was told that he would be staying in jail for the next few months.

Opening Up About His Struggles
Ryan has been very open about his struggles with sobriety. Back in September 2018, the reality star went to rehab for three months in hopes of turning his life around after he relapsed.
