We hope Mathew Knowles is taking notes — this is how a proud grandparent can celebrate the arrival of his/her newest grandchildren while still respecting the wishes on their child!
Tina Knowles Lawson — aka Beyoncé’s mom — took to Instagram to reveal that her older daughter has something special coming soon… So, naturally, fans immediately began to think that we are finally going to see her twins!

“I am soo proud of all the amazing charity work my baby is doing through her foundation #BeyGood,” she wrote. “Come by and check out the booth at Essence Music Festival this weekend in New Orleans Louisiana. The booth is called Bey Good. Come by and see what amazing new announcement she’s about to make. She’s helping to change the world. I am a proud mom!!”
As In Touch previously reported, the twins have come home from the hospital, where they were being kept “under the light” following their premature birth.
So far, the adjustment from a family-of-three to a family-of-five has been great for Bey, Jay, and new big sister Blue.

“Blue Ivy is relishing the role as a new big sister. She has been keeping Mommy company in the hospital and has even helped in the naming process of her new siblings,” a source previously said. “Blue is happy.”
While the new parents have yet to confirm the babies’ names, it has been reported that they named their kids — reportedly a boy and girl — “Shawn” and “Bea” after themselves.
Needless to say, it’s a busy time in the Carter household!
In addition to bringing home two adorable new babies, they are also in the middle of a move — to a $130 million home, no less — but they are also celebrating the success of Jay’s new album, 4:44, which dropped today.
