The trip of a lifetime! Dr. Jen Arnold from The Little Couple announced to fans and followers on Instagram that her family is returning to India for the first time since she and her husband, Bill Klein, brought their daughter, Zoey, home from the country. “We are going back!” Jen, 45, wrote on July 17. “We haven’t been back to India since we first brought Zoey home 6 years ago! Can’t believe how much has changed since that amazing day we met our daughter. #littlecouple #internationaladoptions #indialove #momsofinstagram #parenting #gotchaday #Zoey @reallybillklein.”

For fans who may not remember the details, Zoey, 7, was adopted from an orphanage in India when she was 2 years old on October 15, 2013. Her adoption was featured on season 6 of The Little Couple in 2014. During a speech therapy session featured on the show, her speech-language pathologist of two years, Anna Eifert, revealed that the little girl “had been exposed to an Indian language prior to arriving in the United States,” so it made sense that she had some delays because she was learning an entirely new language. No big deal, right?

Zoey has blossomed beautifully in her new country with her forever family, but clearly, it must be important to her parents to be open about where she came from. And fans are more than happy to go along for the ride!

“Wow, I can’t believe Zoey was so tiny way back then,” one fan wrote in the comments of the announcement post. “She is one very lucky little girl, keep safe on your trip.” Another follower said, “Really hope we get to see some of the trip! Zoey is a lucky little girl to have you and Bill, and Will too! 💝.”

In late June, Jen shared a behind-the-scenes shot of Zoey “helping” with production on the TLC show, which definitely implies that the series is coming back soon. Will fans get to see the India trip as part of a new season? We’ll just have to stay tuned!
