Reminiscing about the good times? Teresa Giudice shared a throwback picture of her husband, Joe Giudice, with three of their four daughters on Instagram on Thursday, April 18, after his deportation appeal was denied by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement earlier that same day.

“Joe with the girls decorating eggs, days like this I love having photos,” the RHONJ star, 46, captioned the sweet snap of her girls Gabriella, 15, Audriana, 10, and Milania, 14 with Joe, 46. In the photo, the Italy native is hugging his kiddos as they showed off their masterpieces. Their oldest daughter, Gia, 18, was absent from the cute moment.

Many of her followers took to social media to support the Bravo personality during this tough time. One person wrote, “Stay strong, babe,” while another echoed, “God is good Trea, you’re an excellent parent and so is Joe. That will never change. Buona Pasqua.” A third person chimed in, writing, “I pray for Joe and your family. He did his time, he learned his lesson. God will watch over your family, Tre.”

After months of uncertainty, it was revealed that Joe will most likely be returning to Italy at some point in the future. “We are extremely disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal,” James J. Leonard Jr., the Giudice family attorney, said in a statement obtained by In Touch. “We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”

Joe had his legal team file a petition for the federal court to review the decision. However, if the court refuses to review his plea, he will be legally forced out of the United States, even though he has resided here his whole life.

The brunette beauty confessed to Andy Cohen in March that she wouldn’t stay together with her man if he had to leave the country. “Gia’s going to college next year. I haven’t spoken to Milania or Audriana about it, we haven’t gotten there yet,” she said at the time. “And Gabriella already voiced her opinion to me. She was like, ‘That would be so hard for me, mommy.’ She doesn’t speak the language. She’s like, ‘That would kill me even more.’”

She added, “I’m not doing a long-distance relationship. I’m not doing it.” Sounds like Teresa has already made up her mind about her marriage.
