“Teresa’s winter getaway seemed to be all about letting her hair down,” an eyewitness explains, adding that Teresa’s hubby, Joe, 45 — who is in prison on fraud charges — didn’t seem to be on her mind.

“Teresa was flirting with guys. She wore a series of eye-popping bikinis and no wedding ring. She got a lot of attention from men,” an eyewitness tells In Touch.
