In Touch can confirm Teresa and Joe Giudice will not return to court until September.
A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's office tells the mag in a statement:
"Joe and Teresa's sentencing has been pushed back to September. The reason is an administrative issue. I can't elaborate further as to what that means and I can't theorize on this. They will be sentenced on September 23rd at 10:30 a.m. in front of Judge Ester Salas."
The spokesperson wouldn't provide further details nor confirm if the death of Joe's 63-year-old father, Frank, played a role -- but it seems likely.
As In Touch reported, Frank died Wednesday, June 18 in his son's backyard from what appears to be a heart attack, though the cause of death is still unknown.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple are currently facing years in prison on fraud charges.

Teresa and Joe Giudice are suffering from a tragic loss tonight.
A rep for the Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her family has confirmed to In Touch that Joe's father, Frank, who often appeared on the Bravo show, suddenly died in Joe's backyard today at the age of 63. The cause of death has not yet been confirmed, but it appears to be a heart attack.
"Joe and his dad were chasing the dog Simba and suddenly Frank fell ill," the rep tells In Touch in a statement.
"The ONLY focus of both Joe and Teresa is their family right now, especially the girls. No decisions about the court case or the show are being addressed today."
The Giudice's are facing years in prison on fraud charges.
According to an additional TMZ report, Frank was building a chicken coop in the garden when he collapsed to the ground.
There are no further details at this time.
