Teen Mom’s Mackenzie McKee Calls Herself ‘Single’ After Seemingly Accusing Husband Josh of Cheating

Is it over? Mackenzie McKee (née Douthit) called herself a “single mom” in her Instagram bio after seemingly accusing husband Josh McKee of cheating on her with her cousin. Fans captured screenshots of a now-deleted post that appeared to show the Teen Mom OG star exposing her man and her relative on Tuesday, May 19, for secretly texting and speaking on the phone just weeks after mom Angie Douthit‘s death in December 2019.

“Obviously, the world knows Josh had an affair last year, and then months later … promising he changed and got ‘saved.’ It really made my mom happy and I chose to forgive and trust God,” Mackenzie, 25, reportedly wrote on Facebook. She was so ready to move forward that she said “yes” when he got down on one knee and proposed all over again. After her mom died, she said Josh, 27, was there for her — at least until “things changed” two weeks later.

In the post, she claims he started spending long days at work and nights fishing away from home, so on May 18 she decided to “pull Josh’s call and text logs.” That’s when she discovered he’d been “texting a woman [300]-600 times per month and calling her on these nights he was ‘fishing’ until 3 a.m.” Though she explains it was “obviously another affair,” what wasn’t initially obvious was that the phone number allegedly belongs to her cousin Ashley.

“I’m now opening my eyes to what a horrible man Josh has been,” she continued. “He has been a lie. And how can you watch your wife lose her mom and make these decisions? … People have tried to tell me for years Josh doesn’t love me, and I just made excuses for him. But today is the day I walk away.”

On Twitter, the 16 and Pregnant alum continued to call out her estranged husband as she told fans the reports were “true” and dragged the rodeo worker for his behavior on the MTV show. When a fan watching the Teen Mom OG episode commented that the couple “act like friends” instead of husband and wife, she responded, “Literally [that is] all that we are. No love here, sis.” When another brought up how Josh doesn’t seem to listen when Mackenzie speaks, she added, “10 years of my life … Literally. Nothing to him.” A third fan told the star she can “do much better” — and she wrote she “100 percent agrees.”

The couple famously split in August 2019 over previous cheating allegations, but fans watched as Josh won his wife back over on Teen Mom. Now, it seems these two are done for good.
