Tyler Baltierra Is Seriously Husband Goals, Shares the Sweetest Tribute to Catelynn Lowell on Their 12th Anniversary
True love does exist — just look at Tyler Baltierra and Catelynn Lowell! The Teen Mom OG stars reached a major milestone on Sunday, July 16, which marks their 12th anniversary as a couple. Tyler took to Instagram to share a super sweet tribute to his wife.
"I can't believe that today marks 12 years together with you [Catelynn], babe you literally are the greatest gift this [life] has given me!" the 25-year-old wrote. "We were only kids when we fell in love, but we were kids who knew what we wanted out of life [and] who we wanted to get it with."

He shared a side-by-side photo, with a recent photo of the couple on the left and a throwback photo on the right so fans could see how much they've grown since they first met in middle school. Many of his followers wished the couple a happy anniversary, while others gushed over how cute they look together in the comments.
"Not a lot of people get that opportunity or blessing at such a young age," Ty continued in the caption. "Even though we were so young, I wish I could go back as far as I could just to love you longer! I am just so happy [and] honored to be your husband. I love you SO much! #HappyAnniversary #12YearsStrong #SoulMates #MiddleSchoolSweetheart."
It was such a sweet gesture, especially considering everything the couple has been through together. Since they were first introduced to MTV viewers on their episode of 16 and Pregnant, they dealt with some heavy stuff from placing their firstborn daughter Carly for adoption, Cate's postpartum depression after she gave birth to their second daughter Novalee, and Ty's father Butch and his drug addiction. But they stood by each other throughout it all, and it's so sweet to see that they're still in love more than a decade later!
